Java Lounge Venue Rental
With Drinks and Food
Rental Fee: 7:00-10:00 pm $450
Food and Beverage Minimum: $200
Rental Deposit: $225 due at booking
Security Deposit: $250 (Balance of Rental Fee and Security Deposit are due 7 days prior.)
Cancellation Policy: 7 days or more prior, all deposits are refunded in full. Less than 7 days prior, the security deposit is refunded.
Additional Service Charge: 18% minimum for food and beverages.

Rental Deposit: $400 due at booking
Security Deposit: $1000 (Balance and Security Deposit are due 7 days prior.)
